The approach

Good work starts
with the wall.

A finish should feel right for your home. It should also suit what’s beneath it. That’s why John starts with the building, its condition, its character and what you want to change.

Cork-based coatings sit alongside traditional plastering and modern render systems in our work. We’ll talk through the options, prepare the surfaces carefully and give the edges and awkward corners the attention they deserve.

The material

Natural cork.
A considered coating.

Cork spray combines cork granules with a water-based binder to create a textured wall coating. It can be specified for suitable interior or exterior walls, with preparation and compatible layers chosen for the building.

A coating with cork

The granules come from cork oak bark. Their texture becomes part of the finished surface.

Understand the build-up

A thin coating and an insulation-board system do different jobs. Thermal contribution depends on the specification and complete wall.

Damp needs its cause assessed before a finish is chosen. John will help you understand what is suitable for your wall.
